Private Yoga Instruction

An exclusive & advanced bodywork & mobility enhancement experience. Thai/Yoga Bodywork is a unique, one-of-a-kind massage therapy, developed by Christēna, that combines Yoga stretches, Thai massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release & sports massage (sports massage applies to athletes). Sound healing & Master Reiki techniques administered throughout.

Traditional Bodywork encompasses all the benefits herein & simply removes the stretching component.
