​Private Yoga Sessions give you the space & freedom to develop, modify & strengthen your Practice in a private setting & undemanding pace. Yoga Practice is multi-faceted, with an all-encompassing 8 Limbed structure. Three primary Limbs practiced in Private Yoga are Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath regulation) & Dhyana (meditation).  ​

Sessions are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs & goals. Begin, modify or advance your practice with professional & caring guidance. ​

Your customized lessons address personal goals, limitations, modifications, strengths & injuries (if applicable). I take detailed notes throughout each session so you have your personal Asana (posture) information to refer to for reference & continued learning.​

An exclusive & advanced bodywork & mobility enhancement experience. Thai/Yoga Bodywork is a unique, one-of-a-kind massage therapy, developed by Christēna, that combines Yoga stretches, Thai massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, myofascial release & sports massage (sports massage applies to athletes). Sound healing & Master Reiki techniques administered throughout.

Traditional Bodywork encompasses all the benefits herein & simply removes the stretching component.
